Many Sellers I meet think all Realtors® are the same.  And because of this preconceived notion, they put the sale of what is probably their most valuable asset in the hands of an inexperienced Real Estate Agent who relies solely on the MLS and outdated marketing tools.  When an Agent lacks the knowledge and resources necessary to produce a successful sale, the Seller has put their equity at risk.  What is important to realize, is that not all Realtors® are the same.
