It is not real estate, legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, and should not be relied on as such. Browsing this Site, submitting your email through our signup form, or otherwise interacting with the Site does not, on its own, create a client, agency, brokerage, or representation relationship between you and Arlene Monzar, Sales Representative, International Realty Firm, Inc., Brokerage. A representation relationship is only formed through a separate, signed agreement as required under Ontario real estate law.

2. Existing representation agreements
